Deposits
Friday/Saturday/Sunday Event Deposits: $500 non-refundable will be applied towards balance of full rental. The remaining balance must be paid 2 weeks before the date of the event.
Monday-Thursday events must be paid in full at the time of booking.

We accept: Cash, Credit Card (all major credit cards), PayPal, and Venmo
Cancellation Policy
One of the Blessing Barn administrators must be notified 30 days before the scheduled date for cancellations to avoid additional fees.
The deposit will NOT be refunded, but will be used towards a rescheduled event. Rescheduled events will be planned/booked based on availability.
Alcohol Policy
Open bars (i.e. hard liquor or made to order cocktails) must be served by a licensed and insured vendor.
Self serve alcohol such as beer, wine, wine coolers do not need to be served by a bartender. However, we request that all party members drink responsibly and respect the facility, property, and law.
All alcohol containers (bottles, cans, bottle caps, etc…) must be disposed of properly.
The Blessing Barn is not responsible for monitoring the service of alcohol or checking IDs.
Vendors
Please see our list of recommended vendors that the Blessing Barn administration has deemed reliable and performed well in the past. You may hire professionals not on the list. The owner has the right to approve/deny all venders. Venders who have not met our standards and who have not followed regulations may not be approved and denied access to the facilities.
